Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! If something isn't right, we do offer returns & exchanges. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. If there is a circumstance out of your control let us know and we are happy to accommodate the best we can. 

Store credits are best for our small business and we appreciate your understanding & cooperation. If a refund is necessary, we will oblige.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us at theivorypalm@gmail.com with your name & order number to initiate the return in which we will send you a prepaid label. You may also return the item in store for store credit.
